Drill Line Spooler

Powered Drill Line Spoolers speed up and down rig time. We have worked closely with drilling contractors and rig manufacturers to specifically design and manufacture Drill Line Spoolers that will improve operator safety and reduce cycle time. We offer drill line spoolers and powered wire spooler in many configurations, sizes, and drive requirements depending on the exact customer needs. Drill Line Spoolers are available for 3,000’ of ¾” to over 15,000’ of 2” drilling line

Pipe Handling System

The Pipe Handling System makes tripping drill pipe and collars a safer, more efficient process. The system leverages industrial robotics—a proven manufacturing technology—to move pipe stands from the well center to programmed coordinates on the racking board. The system can be deployed in double and triple land rigs, jack up rigs, platforms, and barges with minimal modifications to the rig.

Rig Walking System

Compatible with a wide range of rig designs, Rig Walking Systems can be adapted to both existing and new build rigs. It consists of four units, each of which fits directly to the substructure.
